There are two very different things that many people agree are delicious and delightful — chocolate cake and cannabis. What do you get when you combine the two inside a mug? You have a Cannabis Infused Chocolate Cake that is moist, fluffy and ready in just minutes.
The mug cake craze opened a new door for at home cannabis cooks. To say this simple edible-recipe is a time saver is an understatement. This recipe provides one of the fastest turnaround times for you to go from making to baking. There’s no need for eggs or an oven. A microwave is all you need to get baked with this cannabis infused chocolate cake in a mug.
Intended for one, this incredible treat could also be shared by two if you only want a taste or prefer to make yours extremely potent.
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
1 large microwave-safe ceramic mug (at least 12 ounces)
Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the milk, cannabis or kief butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined, and the clumps are gone.
Transfer the batter you just made into the microwave safe mug. Then dump the mini chocolate chips into the center of it. You could also add a dollop of peanut butter if you’re into that kind of goodness.
Put the mug into the microwave, and place a paper towel underneath it in case it spills over. Cook for 70 to 90 seconds depending on your microwave. Do not overcook. Allow the mug cake to cool for three to five minutes before eating. ENJOY!
For an extra step of yum, add mini-marshmallows and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
In the highly unlikely event that there is leftover cannabis infused chocolate mug cake, it can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
