Ingredients

  • 4 avocados peeled skin and pits removed, one pit reserved
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup cannabis oil
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix with a fork. You may also combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Mix or blend until the guacamole is your desired texture.
  2. Place guacamole in a serving bowl, and eat with chips or vegetables such as carrot sticks

You may also serve the cannabis-guacamole on a sandwich, in a wrap, on nachos, or anything else you like!

Yield: 8 servings

Leftovers may be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
