- 4 avocados peeled skin and pits removed, one pit reserved
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup cannabis oil
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix with a fork. You may also combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Mix or blend until the guacamole is your desired texture.
- Place guacamole in a serving bowl, and eat with chips or vegetables such as carrot sticks
You may also serve the cannabis-guacamole on a sandwich, in a wrap, on nachos, or anything else you like!
Yield: 8 servings
Leftovers may be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
