- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ cup THC olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- Combine balsamic vinegar with brown sugar, garlic, mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Beat in the THC-oil by droplets at a time, whisking constantly. Or place all the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously.
- Enjoy immediately, tossed on your favorite salad!
Left over cannabis-balsamic vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 14 days. You will need to shake vigorously or whisk before each use. Natural separation is normal.
