As Minnesota looks to implement it’s costly medical marijuana program that was approved by voters earlier this year, the state’s Governor Mark Dayton said he’s open to expanding the list of qualifying medical conditions for patients looking to join the medical marijuana program.
“If there are people with medical needs that could be helped with what we will be producing next year then I am certainly willing to consider that in the coming session.”
However, the Governor was stern on the fact there will be no smoking options available in the medical marijuana program. For Minnesota residents looking for more information on current qualifying conditions refer to this document. If your condition is not covered we highly recommend contacting Governor Dayton’s office with one of the following options.
