The Bruce Banner strain named after the alter-ego of legendary comic book super hero The Incredible Hulk, packs just as much punch as the green man himself.

This strain is known for it’s incredibly dense buds and generally high THC content. Originating from the mad scientists at Delta9 Labs, Bruce Banner is hybrid of OG Kush and Strawberry Diesel.

It’s ancestry is evident with the strong diesel smell and fruity undertones. The strain is known to have three main phenotypes, the most popular being Bruce Banner #3.

The story tells that the original crop brought in 5 total phenotypes named #1 – #5, with #2 and #4 being ditched. The strain has become a favorite of traditional OG Kush growers because of higher yield and exotic taste.

Most people recognize the strain for it’s performance at the High Times Cannabis Cup Denver, where it won #1 strongest strain of all time for testing at just over 28 percent. That winner was entered by The Haven (Strainwise), a dispensary in Denver.

Bruce Banner’s plants tend to flower at a slightly slower pace of eight to ten weeks. The plant’s leaves are often bright green and accompanied by tons of sticky red hairs. The buds are coated with an above average amount of trichomes that are easily noticeable to even the naked eye.

Bruce Banner is often described as a stress and tension relieving strain that can provide users with an uplifted mood. It may also provide a mild body tingling sensation. Although this strain is a favorite among experienced users, it would also be appropriate for first-timers.
