Beer, Food, Music, and above all, Good Vibes. All of this and more is coming with the Dry Diggings Festival this September in Placerville, CA.
Dry Diggings is the full festival experience. It gives the atmosphere of a backyard party meets music festival. This year we are excited to announce the addition of the Gold Pan Jam, Dry Diggings Festivals Skate competition on Friday September 1st.
The festival lasts two days, September 2nd and 3rd at the El Dorado Fairgrounds, about 45 minutes outside of Sacramento, CA. Here, thousands of people will gather to enjoy good music, food and each other. Grab your friends and get ready for the most exciting Dry Diggings Festival yet!

The fun doesn’t stop there, Dry Diggings has something for everyone to enjoy and boasts of a weekend full of amazing art, craft beer, great food and much more!
Jeff Monser, producer of the festival, says, “Our goal for the Festival, is to create a unique event, where everyone feels welcome. We’ve built the foundation of the event around a backyard atmosphere. We have something for everyone: Camping, outdoor activities, beer tasting, incredible music and more! We are really excited to expand and grow the Dry Diggings experience!”
Enjoy all kinds of different art, clothing and craft vendors as you walk through sipping a beer, made by Sierra Nevada and Altamont Beer Works. Or get ready to dance with Dry Diggings Mimosa Morning’s then enjoy the wide variety of concessions, which accommodates everyone and includes vegan and gluten free options. The new, exciting addition is the skate competition, Gold Pan Jam, that will be judged by professional skaters!
Bring the Whole Gang!
The camping area and festival are open to the whole family! Children 10 and under are free, accompanied by a paying adult, bring them to enjoy the craft booths. Also, the festival stroller and wagon friendly.
